By creating an account or using Coorfin, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up for an organization, on behalf of that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Coorfin provides accounting software as a hosted service, including a general ledger, invoicing and bill pay, payroll, card management, and related automations, subject to the plan your organization is subscribed to.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for the actions taken under your account. Your organization's admins are responsible for who they grant access to and what role each person is given.
Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. Trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose a plan; we don't charge you automatically at the end of a free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, effective as described on your Pricing page or account settings.
You agree not to use Coorfin to violate the law, to reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it or other customers' data.
You own the financial and business data you put into Coorfin. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or request its deletion at any time, subject to the retention we describe there.
Coorfin and its underlying software remain our property. These terms give you a right to use the service — they don't transfer ownership of the product itself to you.
Coorfin is provided "as is." While we build the product to be accurate and reliable — including the approval and audit controls described on our Security page — we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Coorfin and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if required by law, and we'll make a reasonable effort to give you notice and a way to export your data first, except where that isn't possible (for example, in cases of serious misuse).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account admins before it takes effect.
