The controls other accounting tools bolt on as an afterthought — approval flows, an audit trail, scoped access — are how Coorfin is built, not an add-on.
Payroll, bill payments, and manual journal entries all require a second, different approver before they post. The person who prepares an entry can't approve their own.
Nothing is edited in place. Entries are reversed, with both the original and the reversal kept, and every add, edit, approval, and rejection is logged with who did it and when.
Every person in your organization has a role, and what they can see and do — approve entries, manage users, run payroll — is scoped to that role, not all-or-nothing.
Reports aren't a separate export that can drift from the books — profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow are all recomputed from the same journal entries on every load.
All traffic between your browser and Coorfin is served over HTTPS/TLS.
Production access is limited to what's needed to operate the service, and every login is scoped to your organization — nobody at another company can see your data.
We're early — formal certifications like SOC 2 aren't in place yet. If your team needs them before rolling Coorfin out, tell us at the address below and we'll be straight with you about timeline.
We take reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we can. Email info@coorfin.com with what you found — please don't test against another organization's live data.
